Ann Lancaster – Operations Manager

Ann has worked in the business support sector for 20 years, successfully designing, developing, and managing projects to equip budding entrepreneurs and business owners to achieve their goals and ambitions.

Prior to becoming a SFEDI qualified adviser and business support manager Ann grew her own successful business in the design and manufacture (UK based manufacturing) of wooden gifts and after starting with two original partners expanded to employ 40 people, supplying most of the UK high street and exporting to Europe, USA, and Australia.  This experience gives Ann ‘hands on’ experience and understanding of the issues faced by individuals and businesses.

Working with mentors over the past few years both on the New Enterprise Allowance (NEA) scheme and the Boost Growth Mentoring programme, Ann is adept at finding the perfect mentor to work with clients resulting in the ‘right support’ at the ‘right time’ and at the ‘right pace’.
